The process of researching and providing a customized proposal that matches your travel desires takes time. On average, it takes 20 hours to work on a trip from our initial discussion through your arrival back home.

As an independent luxury travel advisor, I have access to the world’s best cruise lines, hotels and resorts, tour operators, and destination management companies--Unparalleled with what you can find searching on your own. I also have access to thousands of experienced agents, so if you have a question or preference I can't answer, I can get it answered! Nothing is too big or too small.

Trip planning fees cover initial consultation and discussion of your trip dreams and expectations, time spent researching, and developing a proposal that checks all the boxes. I'll create the perfect customized itinerary, booking and managing all components, and supporting you while traveling.

  2. Schedule your complimentary consultation call with me via Zoom. We'll complete a Travel Questionnaire together, which will give me an idea of what you’re looking for (dates, location, # of travelers, etc.).
  3. Pay your planning fee for your selected package, and I will get to work, please note: Planning Fees are non-refundable.

Trip Planning Packages cover the logistics of the trip and include land and sea arrangements, including hotels, cruises, trains, and transfers. I am happy to assist with simple restaurant reservations on-site at a resort, hotel, or cruise for no additional fee.

Planning Fee Packages

Annual Subscription

This annual subscription covers it all. Where ever you need to go for both business and pleasure, I'm your travel partner. This package includes whatever you need. Peace of mind and no stress, yes, please. Good for one (1) year from the date of registration.

Custom Travel Planning

I work on a consultative basis to design trips customized to your specific needs to ensure you make the most of your most precious asset: TIME. Below is an outline of the base fee for most trips. They may be customized based on trip complexity, duration, and number of travelers.
  • $260 for a trip that is 1-3 nights
  • $530 for a trip that is 4-10 nights
  • $800 for a trip that is 11-14 nights

Please Note:

  • Fees are based on 1-6 travelers in the same household. An additional $80/per person/week thereafter.
  • Proposal is for one overall trip proposal.
  • Additional proposals for different destinations will be charged an additional planning fee of $170 per proposal.
  • Villa bookings will be charged an additional fee of $260 to cover the time and resources required to navigate the challenges of vetting a luxury villa.

Hotel-Only Bookings

Complimentary, when you specify which property and provide dates. I will complete the booking with our Preferred Partners, and you will benefit from the agency promos and VIP amenities.
  • $80 per trip if there is research involved in finding you the perfect property. This covers up to 3 hotels in one location.
  • $80 late booking fee for all hotels requested within 7 days of departure.
  • $80 change and/or cancellation fee. I get it. It happens. I reserve the right to charge if applicable.

Airline Tickets

In this ever-changing world of air travel and various points programs, it is recommended you book your own flight. I am more than happy to suggest the best way to get to your location and will include it on your itinerary. There are packages that include air travel and special circumstance where I will secure your flight or flights for a nominal fee of $80.00 per person.

Concierge Service - Optional

This fee is completely optional– If clients prefer to make their own reservations for restaurants, theater tickets, and other optional components, it is not charged.
  • $260 concierge fee will be added to secure additional dining reservations, spa appointments, excursions, tee times, theater tickets, etc.

'A La Carte' Trip Components

There are circumstances in which clients have already booked their accommodations but may need assistance with other components such as tours, restaurant and spa reservations, and other activities. Please inquire directly, and I am happy to assist for a small management fee based on what is needed.
